Our Staff
We are a very proud, dedicated, and well-rounded group at Winston’s Backyard Grill, which attributes to the success of our restaurant. But that’s only part of the picture! What makes us truly special is what goes on behind the scenes. Teamwork and knowledge are not the only assets of our great staff, there are plenty of personalities happening here as well! The dynamic group of friendly and extremely funny individuals is creative in its own unique way. This footprint makes for an interesting level of diversity. This gives our employees a chance to not only explore new ideas, but also makes them transpire to insure Winston’s is driven forward. Aside from the awesome staff, our food has amazing addictive flavor and high quality meats and cheeses with locally grown fresh veggies. We bake our bread fresh daily.
| Our Atmosphere
The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, a laid back, friendly environment which promotes relaxation & social interaction for the customer. We have several large flat screen TV's for sporting events and free WiFI to catch up on homework or just surf the web. Winston's features booths anda Pergola instead of traditional tables and chairs.
